Who we are

Amour Sur Désir is a talent agency for influencer and UGC creators and commercial and promo models, based in Austin, Texas. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request".

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us by email, including through the contact form, which opens your own email app. This may include your name, email address, city, links to your portfolio or public social profiles, and your message. The website itself does not store form entries.

How we use it

To reply to you, to consider representation or partnership inquiries, and to arrange and manage bookings you agree to.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. If you are talent we represent, we share your portfolio, measurements, availability and rates with brands or clients only for specific bookings or castings, and only after you have agreed in writing (for example, by email or in your representation agreement). We do not share your home address, government ID or financial details with brands unless a booking requires it and you agree. You can withdraw consent for future sharing at any time by emailing us. We may share information if the law requires it.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Email is handled through Google (Gmail). These providers process data under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) and Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on this site. Because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep inquiries that do not lead to representation or a booking for up to 12 months, then delete them. For talent we represent and brands we work with, we keep contracts, booking and payment records for as long as the relationship continues and for up to 7 years after it ends, for tax and legal purposes. Photos and portfolio materials of former talent are deleted within 90 days after representation ends, unless the talent asks us to keep them or the law requires otherwise.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within that period, and we may take up to 45 more days where reasonably necessary. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Age

This site and our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not represent anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Talent must confirm they are 18 or older when applying and show proof of age before signing or booking; some bookings (such as alcohol-related work) require talent to be 21 or older. If we learn we have received information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.

Terms of Use

• Contacting us does not create an agency relationship. Representation requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
• We make no guarantee of bookings, income or results.
• The Amour Sur Désir name, the "Love Over Lust" tagline and the site's text and images belong to Amour Sur Désir or its licensors. Please don't copy them without permission. Photos of talent are used with their permission and may not be reused, downloaded for commercial use or used to train AI models without written permission.
• The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site will not exceed $100.
• Talent we represent are expected to clearly disclose paid or sponsored content, gifted products and other material connections with brands, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and platform rules.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Agreements for representation or bookings are governed by their own terms.
